Strategic Initiatives serves as an agile, objective, and analytical team that partners with campus to accomplish both operational and financial goals that support the mission and vision of UC Irvine. Responsible for a broad portfolio of initiatives, the team also organizes partnerships, workshops, and collaborative engagements to deliver quality expertise and excellent customer service.
